Job summary

Allcargo Logistics seeks a skilled real estate legal professional to join the TransIndia Legal team in Mumbai. The role focuses on conducting title searches, due diligence, drafting and reviewing property agreements, and managing real estate litigation as needed.

You will coordinate with government offices and external counsel, maintain comprehensive property records, and ensure all registrations and filings are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in real estate legal department with litigation track record.
• Knowledge of real estate laws, title search, and registration of sale/lease deeds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct title search and property due diligence.
• Coordinate with lawyers and government offices (sub-registrar, talathi, tehsildar).
• Draft and review construction contracts, sale deeds, lease deeds.
• Register property agreements such as sale deed, lease deed, leave & license.
• Attend court matters related to real estate and property.
• Manage relationships with external legal consultants and advisors.
• Maintain records related to property and real estate.
• Collect documents from various government offices.

• Candidate should have hands on experience in realestate legal department with a proven track record in handling litigationsincluding relating to real estate.
• A candidate having knowledge of real estate laws andregulations, conducting property due diligence, title search andregistration of sale deeds/lease deeds, coo-ordination and liaison withsub-registrar office, tehsildar office, talathi, gram panchayat etc. Heshould have exposure to real estate matters including related litigation.
• As part of TransIndia Legal team, this role willbe responsible for;
• Conducting title search and Property DueDiligence.
• Co-ordination with lawyers and governmentoffices, such as sub-registrar, talathi, tehsildar.
• Collection of documents from various governmentoffices.
• Drafting and reviewing construction contracts,sale deeds, lease deed etc.
• Registration of property agreements such as saledeed, lease deed, leave & license etc.
• Attending court matters related to real estateand property as and when necessary.
• To manage relationships with external legalconsultants and advisors and maintain a healthy working relationship.
