Job summary

Pleasure Spaces is seeking a Senior Legal Manager Real Estate to lead property law handling in Bangalore region. You will supervise the legal team, coordinate with advocates and authorities, and manage due diligence, registrations and documentation for complex real-estate deals.

Ideal candidates bring 10–12 years of real estate law experience, deep knowledge of Karnataka regulations, and a track record in resolving disputes and ensuring compliance with RERA.

Qualifications

• LLB with strong knowledge of property law and real-estate regulations.
• Familiar with Karnataka real-estate regulations and registration procedures.
• 10–12 years of hands-on experience in handling real estate matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage property and land legal due diligence.
• Review title deeds, EC, RTC, Khata, approvals and property documents.
• Draft and review Sale Deeds, MOUs, NOCs and contracts.

• Identify and mitigate legal risks in real-estate transactions.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

• Bachelors degree in Law (LLB),good Knowledge of property law and real-estate regulations.


• Familiar with Karnataka real-estate and regulations.

Min 10 to 12 years of experience in handling real -estate and property law
