Limagrain Hyderabad is seeking a Legal Counsel to ensure regulatory compliance across geographies, draft and manage replies to customer correspondence and notices, and support litigation management. You will coordinate with external counsel and maintain records for claims and court filings.

The role also involves preparing MIS reports on legal cases, assisting in drafting contracts, affidavits, MOUs, and related documents as required by the business and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• To understand legal requirements pertaining to different geographies relevant to the company and ensure compliance of the same.
• Drafting and maintaining replies of customer correspondence/legal notices/written statements/replies etc.
• Supporting the team for management of the Legal Process for Claims through issuing of legal notices etc.
• Preparation and maintenance of MIS reports of all legal cases and provide regular update to stakeholders concerned.
• Coordination with external counsel for Litigations, including support in data gathering for drafting, record keeping, representing the company in courts/tribunals/Govt Authorities.
• Drafting of documents like application form, Agreements/Contracts, affidavit, Undertaking, MOU, etc. as per requirement.
