Job summary

IBM India Private Limited is seeking a Deputy Manager - HR to own end-to-end LMS administration across global learning programs, including course setup, content deployment, learner management, testing, reporting and compliance.

You will coordinate with learning partners and vendors, manage enrollments, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement of learning operations while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years experience in Learning Administration or Learning Operations.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and global stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SCORM/AICC/xAPI standards.
  • Proficiency in Excel for reporting.
  • Excellent communication and customer service.

Job description

Responsible for end-to-end Learning Management System (LMS) administration including course setup, content deployment, learner management, testing, reporting, compliance tracking, stakeholder support, and continuous improvement of learning operations. Ensures accurate learning records and seamless learner experience across global learning programs.

Your role and responsibilities
  • Create and maintain courses, classes, curricula, certifications, learning plans and learning paths in LMS.
  • Configure instructor-led, virtual instructor-led and self‑paced programs.
  • Upload and deploy SCORM, AICC, xAPI and digital learning content.
  • Perform end-to-end functional testing before production deployment.
  • Validate content launch, bookmarking, completion, passing score and transcript updates.
  • Conduct UAT and regression testing for LMS enhancements and releases.
  • Manage learner enrollments, assignments, waitlists, cancellations and completions.
  • Monitor learning compliance and certification expirations.
  • Resolve learner, instructor and manager queries within SLA.
  • Maintain LMS data integrity and training records.
  • Generate reports on completion, attendance, compliance and learning metrics.
  • Support audits and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare SOPs, process documentation and knowledge articles.
  • Coordinate with learning partners, vendors and content developers.
  • Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
  • Support virtual classroom scheduling and session administration.
  • Act as LMS SME and handle complex escalations.
  • Review quality of transactions completed by junior administrators.
  • Lead testing cycles and stakeholder signoffs.
  • Mentor team members and support capability development.
  • Drive governance reviews, SLA management and operational excellence.
  • Lead transitions, migrations and LMS transformation initiatives.
  • Manage leadership stakeholders and client governance forums.

  • Graduate with 4-6 years experience in Learning Administration, HR Operations or Learning Operations.
  • Experience working on Learning Management Systems preferred.
  • Experience supporting global stakeholders preferred.
