Your role and responsibilities

  • Support employee lifecycle activities by maintaining and updating employee information in HR systems.
  • Assist in preparing employee-related documents such as employment letters, verification letters, and other HR correspondence.
  • Learn and perform basic employee data transactions in HR System.
  • Handle employee requests and queries through ServiceNow (SNOW) under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring data quality and confidentiality.
  • Track and complete assigned requests within defined timelines.
  • Coordinate with HR and internal teams to resolve employee data-related queries.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and documentation activities

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (BBA, B.Com , BA, B.Sc, MBA-HR, or equivalent preferred).
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
