- Install,configure, and maintain Windows Server 2022 environments.
- ManageActive Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file/print services.
- Monitorserver performance, apply patches, and ensure system uptime andreliability.
- Performregular backups and disaster recovery planning.
- Configureand manage Sophos Firewall for secure network access and threatprevention.
- Monitorfirewall logs, VPNs, and intrusion prevention systems (IPS).
- Implementand maintain network segmentation, access control, and bandwidthmanagement.
- ManageCrowdStrike Falcon for endpoint detection and response (EDR).
- Monitorand respond to security alerts and incidents.
- Ensurecompliance with cybersecurity policies and best practices.
- ProvideLevel 2/3 support for server, network, and security-related issues.
- Implementand customize SAP Business One to meet organizational needs.
- Analyzebusiness processes, identify bottlenecks, and optimize workflows in SAPB1.
- Providetraining and ongoing support for SAP B1 and HRMS systems.
- ManageHRMS software to streamline HR processes and support users.
- Providetechnical support for hardware, software, desktops, and peripherals.
- Createand implement SQL database operations and structures.
- EnsureSQL Server availability, security, and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+years of experience in IT infrastructure, security, or application supportroles.
- Proficiencyin Windows Server 2022, SAP Business One, HRMS applications, SQL Server,and Salesforce.
- Hands-onexperience with Sophos Firewall and CrowdStrike Falcon or similar EDRplatforms.
- Solidunderstanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs).
- Strongproblem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Abilityto work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
