Job summary

The Hoxton Bengaluru is seeking an Assistant Manager IT to safeguard technology across the hotel. You will provide first-level support for hardware, software and network issues and ensure smooth operation of PMS, POS, and back-office systems.

You will install and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and mobile devices. Maintain IT inventory, backups, and data recovery processes, while upholding cybersecurity and data privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• 2-4 years IT experience, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking and hardware troubleshooting.
• Exposure to PMS, POS and back-office systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards and data privacy requirements.
• Support audio-visual equipment for meetings, conferences and hotel events.
• Maintain documentation of IT procedures, system configurations and incident logs.
• Participate in IT projects, system upgrades and new technology implementations.
• Provide training and guidance to Heartists on IT systems and best practices.
