Job summary

Acupro Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join its IPO team in Gurgaon / New Delhi. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, SEBI guidelines, and capital markets for SME IPOs.

You will manage end-to-end IPO processes, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure due diligence and documentation accuracy while driving new business opportunities and timely regulatory filings.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Strong understanding of SEBI regulations, IPO processes, SME IPOs, and stock exchange listing requirements.
• Experience in IPO execution, capital markets, regulatory compliance, and due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IPO processes for clients, including SME IPOs.
• Structure public issues in accordance with applicable legal frameworks, SEBI regulations, and stock exchange guidelines.
• Coordinate with issuers, merchant bankers, underwriters, legal advisors, stock exchanges, and other stakeholders to ensure successful IPO execution.
• Oversee IPO documentation, due diligence, regulatory filings, and compliance requirements.
• Advise clients on IPO readiness, regulatory requirements, listing procedures, and capital market regulations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable SEBI regulations, stock exchange requirements, and other legal frameworks related to SME IPOs.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify potential SME clients, pitch IPO-related services, and develop new business opportunities.
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely compliance throughout the IPO lifecycle.
• Lead and coordinate teams to ensure smooth execution of IPO assignments within defined timelines.
