Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Gurgaon HQ seeks a Chartered Accountant with 12+ years post-qualification experience to lead consolidated financial reporting under IndAS and oversee statutory audits. You will drive financial discipline, support IPO readiness, and report to the CFO within a 5-day-from-office role at our Gurgaon HQ.

You will manage a team, deliver monthly and annual statements, prepare board MIS and investor reports, and ensure regulatory compliance across Acts and taxation.

Qualifications

• CA with at least 12 years post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.
• Audit and regulatory compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual IndAS financial statements.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements as per IndAS.
• Create Board presentations, MIS reports and investor reports.
• Coordinate statutory, internal and tax audits.
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, IT, FEMA and related regs.
• Support business planning, new projects and strategic initiatives.
• Review and improve finance processes and controls.
• Lead team and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
