Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end IPO engagement/project management activities through listing.
• Develop and maintain detailed IPO project plans, timelines, milestones, trackers and status reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, legal counsel, merchant bankers, auditors and regulators.
• Track key IPO deliverables, risks and critical path activities for timely completion.
• Facilitate regular project governance meetings and provide progress updates to senior management.
• Identify delays, bottlenecks and risks; drive timely resolution with stakeholders.
• Support preparation and review of information across IPO stages.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Indian capital markets and SEBI laws/regulations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic professional to support and manage IPO engagements, with a strong understanding of the Indian capital markets, SEBI regulations and IPO processes. The role will involve end-to-end project management and coordination across multiple stakeholders involved in an IPO transaction. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on IPO engagements and the ability to manage complex, time-sensitive deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end IPO engagement/project management activities, from planning and preparation through to listing.
• Develop and maintain detailed IPO project plans, timelines, milestones, trackers and status reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, legal counsel, merchant bankers, auditors, regulators and other advisors involved in the IPO process.
• Track key IPO deliverables, dependencies, risks and critical path activities to ensure timely completion.
• Facilitate regular project governance meetings and provide progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Identify potential delays, bottlenecks and risks and work with relevant stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
• Support preparation, collation and review of information and documentation required across various stages of the IPO process.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Indian capital markets, IPO lifecycle and applicable SEBI laws/regulations.
• Stay updated on relevant SEBI regulations, listing requirements and capital-market developments impacting IPO transactions.
• Support coordination and project management around activities such as DRHP/RHP preparation, due diligence, regulatory submissions, investor-related activities and listing readiness, as applicable to the engagement.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Maintain strong documentation, governance and reporting standards throughout the Qualified CA
• 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in IPO, capital markets, transaction advisory, investment banking, consulting or project management.
• Prior hands‑on experience working on one or more IPO engagements is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Indian Capital Markets and the IPO lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of SEBI laws, regulations and IPO/listing requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in project management / program management, preferably for complex IPO or capital‑market engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines and competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and project tracking/reporting tools.
