Job summary

Recex Pvt Ltd. is seeking an experienced IPO & Listing Manager to lead end-to-end IPO processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, documentation, due diligence, and successful listing of securities on stock exchanges in India.

The role requires coordinating with SEBI, NSE/BSE, registrars, auditors and merchant bankers, managing filings, timelines and post-listing obligations with a focus on accuracy and adherence to ICDR Regulations and the Companies Act.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in finance, commerce, law or related discipline.
• Experience in IPO management, capital markets or corporate compliance.
• Strong knowledge of SEBI ICDR Regulations, Companies Act and stock exchange listing requirements.
• Experience working with Merchant Bankers, Registrars, Legal Advisors and Auditors.
• Good coordination, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage IPO timelines and regulatory processes independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with SEBI, NSE, BSE, ROC and other regulatory authorities for IPO-related approvals and compliance.
• Liaise with Merchant Bankers, Legal Counsels, Auditors and Registrars throughout the IPO process.
• Handle IPO documentation, regulatory filings and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate due diligence, verification of documents and responses to regulatory queries.
• Manage IPO bidding processes, including issue opening and closing activities.
• Coordinate share allotment, refund processes and listing of securities.
• Ensure timely completion of pre-IPO and post-IPO compliance requirements.
• Monitor regulatory updates and ensure adherence to SEBI and stock exchange guidelines.
