Job summary

The Corporate Institute in Delhi NCR is seeking a senior Partner – IPO Advisory to lead and expand our Capital Markets Advisory practice. You will drive end-to-end IPO projects, advise on capital-raising strategies, and build strong client relationships across diverse industries.

The role requires deep IPO, SME listing, and QIP experience, with leadership skills to mentor teams and collaborate with cross-functional experts.

Qualifications

• CA/MBA/CFA or equivalent qualification required.
• 15–20 years in capital markets, investment banking, or transaction advisory.
• Strong exposure to IPOs, SME listings, QIPs.
• Deep knowledge of SEBI, ICDR and Companies Act regulations.
• Proven leadership and client relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IPO advisory including Pre-IPO readiness and QIP execution.
• Advise on capital-raising strategies, valuation, investor positioning, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage IPO lifecycle: due diligence, DRHP drafting, SEBI & stock exchange filings, roadshows, and listing.
• Build and maintain relationships with SEBI, stock exchanges, merchant bankers, auditors, and law firms.
• Drive business development with promoters, boards, and PE/VC-backed companies.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Tax, Audit, Legal, Risk Advisory) for integrated solutions.
• Mentor and lead teams to deliver high-quality advisory outcomes.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished professional to join as Partner – IPO Advisory, to lead and expand our Capital Markets Advisory practice. The role demands deep expertise in IPOs, SME IPOs, QIPs, and Pre-IPO Advisory, guiding clients across industries through the complete listing journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end IPO advisory, including Pre-IPO readiness, SME IPO structuring, and QIP execution.
• Advise clients on capital raising strategies, valuation, investor positioning, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Chartered Accountant, MBA (Finance), CFA, or equivalent qualification.
• 15-20 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or transaction advisory with strong exposure to IPO/QIP/SME IPO advisory.
• In-depth knowledge of SEBI, ICDR, and Companies Act regulations.
• Proven track record in executing IPOs, SME listings, and QIPs.
• Strong leadership, networking, and client relationship management skills.
