Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Inventory Audit with strong hands‑on experience in retail inventory/store audits. The candidate will be responsible for conducting physical stock verification, night audits, inventory reconciliation, and identifying stock discrepancies across stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory and stock audits across retail stores.
• Perform night audits and physical stock verification.
• Reconcile physical stock with system stock and identify shortages/excess.
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies and variances.
• Conduct cycle counts and surprise stock audits as required.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, MIS and variance reports for management.
• Coordinate with store teams and internal/external audit teams.
• Monitor compliance with inventory control and stock‑handling processes.
• Travel extensively across India for store audits.

Mandatory Requirements

• Retail inventory audit experience is mandatory.
