Job summary

IP Integrated Services Pvt. Ltd is seeking an Executive Inventory Audit to strengthen the Operations team in Mumbai.

You will conduct warehouse and inventory audits across multiple locations, verify stock physically, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare reports with MS Excel and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in inventory or warehouse audit, strong analytical skills, and excellent Excel/PowerPoint proficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline is required.
• 5+ years of experience in Inventory Audit/Warehouse Audit.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and PowerPoint knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct warehouse and inventory audits across multiple locations.
• Perform physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports and present findings using MS Excel & PowerPoint.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control processes and SOPs.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for audit closure.
• Travel across assigned locations to conduct audits.

• Perform physical stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with inventory control processes and SOPs.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for audit closure.
• Travel across assigned locations to conduct audits.

Desired Skills:

• 45 years of experience in Inventory Audit/Warehouse Audit.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience in warehouse inventory management.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS) and PowerPoint.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
