Job summary

Avighna Group is seeking an experienced interior design professional to lead design drawing, coordination, and on-site supervision for luxury residential and commercial projects in Mumbai, ensuring spaces are functional, elegant, and aligned with brand standards.

You will manage material selection and procurement support, monitor quality and costs, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and maintain comprehensive documentation, drawings, site reports, and progress records to keep projects on

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury interior design and space planning.
• Ability to coordinate with designers, consultants and on-site teams.
• Proficiency in material selection and procurement processes.
• Ability to monitor quality and cost, and verify quantities.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to prepare design drawings, layouts, mood boards, and presentations in line with project requirements.
• Assist with material selection, sample approvals, procurement follow-ups, and material availability.
• Monitor interior works at site as per approved drawings, specifications and timelines. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to resolve day-to-day site issues.
• Monitor quality of interior works and materials, verify quantities against approved drawings and specifications, assist in tracking project costs and material consumption, and ensure efficient utilization of resources while maintaining required quality standards
• Maintain updated drawings, material and design approvals, site reports, project progress records, and prepare regular status reports on project activities.
