Hyosung T&D India Pvt Ltd in Pune invites an experienced Assistant Manager- ICWA to join our cost and project accounting team. You will gather financial data, work with project managers, and ensure accurate cost control against budgets.

Candidates should have CA/CMA qualification with 10–15 years in cost/financial analysis, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and the ability to communicate clearly with non-financial stakeholders. Location Pune, Maharashtra.

Qualifications

• CA or CMA qualification required.
• Minimum 4 years in cost/financial analysis.
• Strong analytical and Excel modelling skills.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse financial data.
• Work with project managers to provide timely transparency around project performance against budget.
• Review, verify and process project related transactions (purchase requisitions, invoices, etc.).
• Determine standard costs and investigate variances with actual costs.
• Prepare detailed reports, both periodically and ad-hoc.
• Help management make decisions based on costs and benefits.
• Ensure accurate project forecasts, incorporating known risks and opportunities.
• Create and manage budgets, and monitor spending.
• Conduct audits on financial processes and transactions.
• Monitor changes in processes or methods to calculate effects on overall costs.
• Track, evaluate and mitigate contract penalties such as performance guarantees and liquidated damages for delays.
