AIS in Tamil Nadu is seeking an Assistant Manager- Safety & Admin to oversee safety, compliance, budget control, and audits across all plants and functions. The role includes CCTV monitoring, incident investigations, risk assessments, and weekly MIS reporting.

You will lead safety trainings, liaise with authorities, and coordinate with department heads to implement safety processes and KPIs. 6–10 years experience required.

Qualifications

• Graduation and ADIS background required.
• Experience in safety management and admin activities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• To improve safety of man and machines through implementation support of preventive tools for ensuring safety across all plant areas.
• To monitor accidents and implement countermeasures.
• To review safety budget and ensure timely submissions and MIS reports.
• To conduct plant safety inspections and safety patrols.

Role Description

Responsible for identifying hazards in the premises and provide Safety training to all employees to avoid any accidents while on job. Thereby achieve company's goal of Safety first. Take care of general administration of the plant.

To follow and ensure best safety practices and its implementation
