Job summary

Gratitude India Pvt Ltd in Chennai seeks an experienced HR Operations professional to manage employee master data, HRIS transactions and payroll inputs across the full employee lifecycle.

You will ensure data accuracy, conduct reconciliations and audits, and uphold compliance in a fast-paced global HR operation. 7–12 years in HR/Payroll Operations and data management are required; ex-TCS employees are not eligible. This position offers growth and exposure to global HR operations.

Qualifications

• 7–12 years in HR Operations, Payroll or Master Data Management.
• Experience in HRIS, employee lifecycle transactions, data reconciliation and audits.
