Job summary

Godrej Properties seeks an experienced HR analytics professional to drive end-to-end analytics programs, develop dashboards for attrition, performance, talent, LMS operations and recruiting analytics, and deliver monthly and quarterly executive reports.

You will integrate reporting tools/HRIS for consistent, timestamped data reporting, ensure data integrity, and apply advanced Excel and Power BI techniques to transform data into actionable insights for decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI dashboards and data storytelling.
• Experience in applying data mining or analytics to HR processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive end to end ownership of HR analytics agenda and projects covering PEC processes
• Identify and recommend best practices for applying data mining to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function
• Develop dashboard for key HR impact areas (attrition, performance, talent, LMS operations, recruiting analytics)
• Lead monthly and quarterly reporting for executive leadership and BU HR leadership
• Integrate reporting tools/HRIS systems for consistent, timestamped reporting and dynamic data reporting
• Maintain compliance with Data Integrity, Quality and best practice requirements
• Participate in root cause analysis investigations arising from deviations or complaints
• Use Power Query, DAX code, Power Pivot to deliver efficient HR analytics
• Assist in development and reporting of trends and key quality metrics

Role & responsibilities

• Drive end to end ownership of HR analytics agenda and projects covering PEC processes
• Continuously identify and recommend best practices for applying data mining to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function
• Develop dashboard for key impact areas in HR i.e. attrition, performance, talent, LMS operations and recruiting analytics
• Lead the delivery of monthly and quarterly reporting that is required for executive leadership (Group Management Committee) and BU people leaders (BU MC/ HR Leadership)
• Build consistent solution of automated reporting for Godrej Industries (GI) ensuring integration of all reporting tools/ HRIS systems (if any) for consistency / accurate time stamp of reporting and providing dynamic data reporting / analysis
• To maintain consistent and documented compliance with all Data Integrity (DI), Quality and best practice requirements.
• To participate in root cause analysis investigations arising from deviations, and complaints.
• Use Power query, DAX code, power pivots etc to deliver efficient HR analytics
• To assist in the development, collating and reporting of trends and key quality metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

Education & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any field with minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data analytics.

Competencies and Behaviours:

• Strong knowledge of power query, power pivot, Power BI dashboards
• Strong stakeholder engagement, accountability

Knowledge and experience (Experience 5-7 Years)

• Preferred candidates from Sales analytics, Financial analytics etc.
• HR process knowledge is good to have
• Ability to work in fast paced environment, flexibility to adjust with moving priorities and ensuring attention to detail remains first class.
• Advance Microsoft Excel for creations of templates/dashboards from scratch.
• Use of power query to import and process data from multiple sources
• Use of Power BI to create visual dashboards showcasing trend analysis and data reporting
