Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operations & inspections: supervise daily shift routines, coordinate room assignments, inspect guest rooms and public areas.
• Staff leadership: train, motivate, and mentor room attendants and cleaning crew; track attendance and performance.
• Inventory control: monitor par stock levels for linens, guest amenities, uniforms, and cleaning supplies to avoid shortages.
• Interdepartmental coordination: communicate room availability with Front Desk and report maintenance issues to engineering.
• Guest relations: handle guest complaints promptly, address special requests, and enforce quality control actions.
