Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in India is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead all cleaning functions across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including laundry and linen operations.

You will drive the department to perform efficiently in line with Hyatt International’s standards, meeting guest, employee, and owner expectations while guiding a large team.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Executive Housekeeper in a larger operation.
• Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all cleaning functions for hotel operations including guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house spaces; manage laundry and dry‑cleaning operations (linen and uniforms).
• Ensure efficient running of the housekeeping department in line with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards, meeting guest, employee, and owner expectations.
