Job summary

Vouchagram India Pvt Ltd ( GyFTR ) is seeking a hands-on FP&A professional in Delhi to strengthen financial planning and analysis capabilities. You will own budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modelling, presenting insights to senior management including CXOs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of FP&A or related finance experience.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related finance role.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Strong data interpretation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• High ownership, process improvement, and project management capabilities.
• Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for management presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in commercial and pricing analysis, including revenue, margins, and profitability.
• Experience in a startup or fast-growing organization w
• Proven ability to optimize processes and implement data-backed improvements.
• Experience managing projects end to end.
• Exposure to CXO-level stakeholders, internal audit, statutory audit, or financial controllership, along with relevant FP&A experience.

Profiles Not Suitable

• Candidates with experience limited primarily to taxation, tax compliance, or tax advisory.
• Candidates focused only on routine accounting, bookkeeping, or transaction processing without meaningful FP&A exposure.
