Assistant Manager - Financial Reporting & Analysis - Qualified CA

We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Financial Reporting & Analysis to manage and support the Company's financial reporting, accounting, analysis and compliance functions.

The role will be responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual financial closure and preparation/review of financial statements and disclosures in accordance with Ind AS, Companies Act, SEBI/LODR and other applicable regulatory requirements.

The position will involve preparation and analysis of MIS, budgets, financial projections, variance analysis, profitability and project-wise financial performance, with a focus on providing actionable insights to management.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and accounting skills, attention to detail, ability to independently handle financial reporting activities, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and support the Company's financial reporting, accounting, analysis and compliance functions.
• Drive monthly, quarterly and annual financial closure.
• Prepare and review financial statements and disclosures in accordance with Ind AS, Companies Act, SEBI/LODR and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and analyze MIS, budgets, financial projections, variance analysis, profitability and project-wise financial performance.
• Provide actionable insights to management based on financial analysis.
• Review general ledger, revenue accounting, receivables, payables, provisions, reconciliations, cash flows and project accounting, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial information.
• Apply strong understanding of Ind AS, particularly Ind AS 109, 115, 116, 103, 110 and 12, including accounting assessments, documentation and implementation of accounting policies.
• Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants and other stakeholders; manage audit schedules and queries.
• Support consolidation and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure timely closure of audit observations.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA, fresher to 3 years of post qualification work experience (excluding Articleship).
