Job summary

ReNew is seeking finance professionals with 1-3 years of experience to join our finance team in Gurugram. You will work on Financial Reporting, Ind AS, IFRS, SOX compliance, internal controls, and statutory audit support.

CA qualification is mandatory. The role involves preparing financial statements, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating audits, and contributing to financial reporting improvements.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Financial Reporting, Ind AS, IFRS, SOX compliance, internal controls and statutory audit.
• CA qualification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with accounting and reporting requirements set by regulators at all levels of operations.
• Ensure SOX compliance across all areas and review management review minutes.
• Prepare financial statements under Indian GAAP (Ind AS) and IFRS.
• Ensure Schedule III compliance.
• Conduct analytical reviews of financials against budget and prior years.
• Implement other accounting and reporting changes as needed.
• Prepare technical memos on accounting issues and updates/knowledge sharing.
• Support audits and closure of audit findings; coordinate with departments.

Job description

We are looking for finance professionals with 1-3 years of experience in Financial Reporting, Ind AS, IFRS, SOX compliance, Internal Controls, and Statutory Audit. • Ensuring compliance with all accounting and reporting requirements, prescribed by relevant regulatory bodies at all levels of operations.
• Ensuring SOX compliances for all areas, reviewing Management review minutes.
• Preparation of financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards and IFRS
• Compliance with Schedule III requirements
• Reviewing the overall analytical review of financials w.r.t comparison with budget and previous years.
• Responsible for implementation of other accounting and reporting changes
• Responsible for preparing technical memos on various accounting issues/technical updates/knowledge sharing.
• Audit handling for closure of audit issues.
• Assistance in financial Due diligence for Acquisition/Disposal/New investor.
• Coordination with other departments for closure of issues during Audit.
