Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Shirwal is seeking an Assistant Manager Finance & Accounts with 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing/engineering sectors. The role focuses on close coordination of monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes and MIS reporting.

Candidates should have CA or MBA in Finance preferred, with strong GST/TDS and Income Tax knowledge, and experience in budgeting, forecasting and banking/treasury coordination.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounts in manufacturing/engineering
• CA or MBA in finance preferred
• Experience with closing cycles monthly, quarterly and annually
• Strong GST, TDS and income tax compliance knowledge
• Exposure to MIS reporting and variance analysis
• Knowledge of IGAAP/IND-AS and budgeting/forecasting
• Audit handling experience (statutory/internal/tax)
• Banking and treasury coordination; strong MS Excel skills
