KSB in Maharashtra seeks an experienced Assistant Manager for Logistics Export & Domestic at Khandala MIDC. You will oversee end-to-end export and domestic logistics, coordinating with production, transporters, freight forwarders, CHA, and customers to ensure timely dispatches.

The role requires 10–12 years in export and domestic logistics in manufacturing or engineering sectors, with strong expertise in packing, container stuffing, customs clearance, and SAP SD.

• Manage packing details, container stuffing, carting, and shipment scheduling for SEA/AIR shipments.
• Prepare and verify export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, B/L, AWB, COO, FORM AI, SAFTA, etc.
• Ensure customs clearance compliance and resolve issues such as EGM errors and documentation discrepancies.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery status, and maintain shipment records in SAP SD module.
• Handle freight rate negotiations, forwarder billing verification, and customer invoicing (including project customers).
• Support project-based shipments, re-imports, audit requirements, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Experience:

• 10 to 12 years of experience in Export & Domestic Logistics
