In this role, you will search, screen, and select the right candidates for high-level positions that are key to TP's success. You will be the starting point for determining whether candidates are a match, fully qualified, and passionate about the position.
Your role in executive recruitment will be very competitive. You may need to actively interact with candidates who are already in high demand or under contract with other employers, making negotiation skills critical for success. You will help streamline the recruiting process to ensure suitable candidates are appointed within appropriate time frames and provide support to global talent sourcing teams.
You will be the point of contact for hiring managers, implement the search process, and liaise with hiring managers regarding candidate pipelines and suggestions. The role is heavily analytical, requiring strong project management, time management, communication, and negotiation skills with both candidates and upper management.
