Job summary

Hitech is seeking a site supervisor to execute all site activities in line with planning, quality, and safety standards in Gujarat. The role involves coordinating with subcontractors, planners, and engineers to ensure timely completion of finishing works and adherence to drawings and specifications.

The candidate should have a BE/MEng/PGDCPM background with 3–5 years of relevant site experience and a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity reporting.

Qualifications

• Detailed study of drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with sub-contractor supervisors and contractors for weekly site planning.
• Plan, check and monitor finishing works per drawings and specifications; take corrective action.
• Review material requirements and highlight shortages to the Project Manager.
• Supervise fabrication, texture, plumbing, flooring, waterproofing, painting, masonry, plaster, putty, carpentry.
• Coordinate with quality control for inspections.
• Prepare and submit planning reports to Execution IC and project managers.
• Ensure safety compliance at site level.
• Provide technical trainings (TBT, Quality, and Safety) to sub-contractors.
• Prepare productivity reports; maintain housekeeping at site.
• Plan and manage labour; coordinate with electrical engineer.
• Fulfill client requirements; coordinate with all site departments.
• Execute all site activities per safety & quality parameters.
