Job summary

Medhavi Group, through Medhavi Skills University, seeks an Executive – Examination in Gurugram to support examination operations, result management, and data verification within the University Management System (UMS).

You will coordinate schedules, verify eligibility, and assist in generating marksheets, transcripts, and official records in line with university policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Advanced MS Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• 3–5 years in university examination processes and academic administration.
• Strong analytical, data management and reporting abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support examination operations and result management in UMS.
• Update quarter planner, verify attendance and CWAs.
• Coordinate schedules, eligibility and assessment processes.
• Produce marksheets, grade cards, transcripts and reports.
• Ensure compliance with university guidelines and audits.

Role Overview

The Executive – Examination is responsible for supporting examination operations through result management, UMS updates, data verification, and coordination with internal stakeholders. The role ensures accurate maintenance of examination records, timely reporting, and smooth execution of examination-related processes in compliance with university policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Examination Operations
• Manage examination-related activities in the University Management System (UMS), including quarter planner updates, attendance and CWA verification, marks upload, gradesheet generation, and result processing.
• Coordinate examination schedules, student eligibility, and assessment-related processes with internal stakeholders.
• Result Processing & Academic Records
• Support result compilation, result publication, and post-result activities.
• Assist in the generation and verification of marksheets, grade cards, transcripts, and other academic documents.
• Coordinate with academic and evaluation teams to address result-related discrepancies.
• Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain examination records, official documents, and related correspondence in accordance with University guidelines.
• Support audit, accreditation, statutory reporting, and compliance requirements by providing accurate examination data and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced), Google Sheets, and MIS reporting tools & LMS like-Digii & Trybite.
• 3- 5 years - Knowledge of University Examination Processes and Academic Administration.
• Strong analytical, data management, and reporting skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
