Job summary

Carrier is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, Engineering to join the Chiller Sustaining & Value Engineering team in Gurgaon. You will drive product development activities, testing, and optimization across components, collaborating with design teams and preparing technical proposals for customers.

Required are a BE/B.Tech with 4–10 years in product/value engineering, strong troubleshooting skills, and knowledge of AHRI/BEE/IS standards. On-site role with a competitive rewards package.

Qualifications

• 4–10 years experience in Product and Value Engineering.
• Bachelor of Engineering or Technology required.
• Thermal & Performance Engineering knowledge (Testing, AHRI, BEE, IS, ASME).
• Design-to-Value focus for cost reduction and optimization.
• Troubleshooting, RCA, and cross-functional execution.
