Job summary

Ralson in Ludhiana is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Lead to head preventive and predictive maintenance for the plant. You will direct a team to minimize downtime and ensure reliable operation of PLC/SCADA-based systems, VFDs, and servo drives across the site.

Your role includes managing power distribution, coordinating spare parts via SAP, and upholding TPM and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Punjab.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical maintenance of manufacturing plants.
• Ability to lead maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
• Knowledge of TPM/5S and electrical safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and predictive electrical maintenance of the plant.
• Direct the maintenance team to minimize MTTR and maximize MTBF.
• Troubleshoot and optimize PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, MES, VFDs, and servo systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi & Schneider).
• Manage plant power distribution, including HT/LT switchgears, transformers, substations, DG sets, and chillers.
• Oversee maintenance inventory and optimize spare parts using SAP.
• Enforce electrical safety standards and statutory compliance.

Job Location :- Unit 3 Doraha, Near to Manjisahib Gurudwara, G T Road , Ludhiana.

Role & responsibilities

• Maintenance Execution: To Lead preventive and predictive Electrical maintenance of plant.
• Breakdown Management: Direct the electrical maintenance team to minimize Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and maximize Mean Time between Failures (MTBF). Conduct the Why-Why Analysis to prevent repeat failures.
• Automation & Control Systems: Troubleshoot and optimize PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, MES, VFDs, and servo systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi & Schneider).
• Power & Utility Management: Manage plant power distribution, including HT/LT switchgears, transformers, substations, DG sets, and chillers.
• Spare Parts & Budgeting: Oversee maintenance inventory, control spillage/leakages, and optimize spare parts using SAP.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce electrical safety standards, statutory compliance, and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) / 5S practices.
