Job summary

ORRA Fine Jewellery is seeking a Senior Interior Design Lead to shape the luxurious spaces of our jewellery stores. You will manage a team of interior designers, translate brand identity into sophisticated store concepts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives and market trends.

You will oversee layouts, fixtures, signage, and displays, ensuring top-tier customer experiences while maintaining brand integrity across all locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture, or related field; master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in interior design, preferably luxury retail.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, 3D visualization tools, and Adobe Creative Suite.

In addition, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive growth in our retail business.

Skill Required

• 1. Bachelors degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• 2. Proven experience (5+ years) in interior design, preferably within the retail or luxury industry.
• 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D visualization software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max), and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• 4. Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction techniques.
• 5. Demonstrated ability to translate brand identity into tangible design concepts.
• 6. Keen eye for aesthetics, detail-oriented approach, and an ability to innovate while maintaining brand integrity.
• 7. Understanding of retail business dynamics, market trends, and customer behavior.
