Job summary

bigbasket is seeking an Assistant Manager Distribution Center to support a high-volume warehouse in Kuthambakkam, Chennai. You will oversee daily operations, lead a large team, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold safety standards while driving efficiency.

You will monitor inbound/outbound processes, aim for top KPIs, and use WMS tools to resolve issues, report performance, and implement process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7–13 years in warehouse or distribution management (large facility preferred).
• Leadership, WMS proficiency, problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts.
