Tata Communications Limited in Pune seeks a skilled L2 Network Engineer with hands-on Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN experience. The role focuses on monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and operational support for enterprise WAN/LAN environments, including multi-branch SD-WAN deployments.

Responsibilities include configuring and troubleshooting BGP/OSPF/EIGRP, IPsec/DTLS tunnels, and SD-WAN components, while collaborating with OEM TAC and L3 teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 4-7 years of enterprise network support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Experience in managed services/NOC environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN environments including vManage, vSmart, vBond, vEdge/cEdge.
• Troubleshoot OMP, TLOC, BFD, IPsec/DTLS tunnels, routing, policy, and overlay connectivity issues.
• Support ZTP/PnP provisioning, device template management, policy deployment, and branch onboarding.
• Perform incident resolution, problem management, RCA, and customer escalations within SLA targets.
• Support multi-branch SD-WAN deployments and WAN migration projects.
• Configure and troubleshoot BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, MPLS, VRF, Route Redistribution, PBR, VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, QoS, HSRP, and VRRP.
• Collaborate with OEM TAC and L3 teams for complex issue resolution.

Cisco SD-WAN L2 Network Engineer

Experience: 4-7 Years (Minimum 2+ years of Cisco SD-WAN experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled L2 Network Engineer with hands-on experience in Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN, Enterprise Routing & Switching technologies. The role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, change implementation, and operational support for enterprise WAN/LAN environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2 support for Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN environments including vManage, vSmart, vBond, vEdge/cEdge.
• Troubleshoot OMP, TLOC, BFD, IPsec/DTLS tunnels, routing, policy, and overlay connectivity issues.
• Support ZTP/PnP provisioning, device template management, policy deployment, and branch onboarding.
