Job summary

Frankfinn is seeking a dedicated Quality Auditor to perform virtual audits of the centre, prepare reports, and publish findings with 100% accuracy. You will track observations within defined TAT and escalate unresolved issues as per the escalation matrix.

You will also analyse recurring complaints, coordinate with operations, technical and field teams, maintain comprehensive documentation, and generate daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on issue handling and TAT compliance.

Qualifications

• Conduct Virtual audits of the centre and prepare reports accordingly
• All the observations /issues to be shared as per defined TAT
• 100% audit points to be captured and reports to be published accurately
• Escalate critical or unresolved issues as per escalation matrix.
• Analyze repeated complaints and suggest process improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, technical, field staff, etc.) for resolution.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all the observations shared with stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on issue handling and TAT compliance.
