Frankfinn Aviation Services Pvt. Limited is seeking a detail-oriented professional to conduct virtual audits, capture all audit points, and publish accurate reports.

The role requires timely sharing of observations per defined TAT and escalation of critical issues as needed. The candidate will coordinate with operations, technical and field staff to resolve observations, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards while delivering regular MIS reports on

Qualifications

• Conduct Virtual audits of the centre and prepare reports accordingly.
• All observations / issues to be shared as per defined TAT.
• 100% audit points to be captured and reports to be published accurately.
• Escalate critical or unresolved issues as per escalation matrix.

Responsibilities

• Analyze repeated complaints and suggest process improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, technical, field staff, etc.) for resolution.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all the observations shared with stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on issue handling and TAT compliance.
