Job summary

Airblack is hiring a hands-on Content Partnerships Manager to own and grow the content engine across Airblack and Zudo. You will work directly with creators and agencies, briefing them to produce high-volume, on-brand content weekly while expanding the partner network to meet rising demand.

You will manage timelines, quality, and delivery, ensuring the content aligns with platform requirements and campaign goals.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant execution experience, ideally in creator/influencer platforms, content/creative agencies, or in-house content teams.
• Hands-on creator and agency management experience with briefing, coordinating, delivering content.
• Comfort operating at volume and across multiple brands/formats.
• Strong operator skills, organized, proactive, and able to get the best out of external partners.
• Familiarity with short-form content formats and AI content tools is a plus.
• Bonus: existing NCR creator/agency network.

The role

Own and grow the engine that gets content made — our network of creators and agencies, and the content they produce at scale across Airblack and Zudo.

You'll be the person our creators and agencies work with day to day: briefing them, keeping them on timeline and on-brand, and making sure a high volume of content ships every week across our properties. You will also be responsible for expanding that network — finding, pitching, and onboarding new creators and agencies as our content needs grow.

This is a hands-on execution role with real ownership: you're accountable for the volume, quality, and consistency of everything our creator ecosystem produces across two fast-growing brands.

What would you be doing?

• Manage our creators and agencies. Own the relationships with our existing creators and agency partners — briefing, coordination, timelines, feedback, and delivery. You're the single point of contact who keeps everyone aligned and shipping.
• Recruit and onboard new partners. Continuously grow the network. Source, pitch, negotiate, and onboard new creators and agencies to meet the content demands of Airblack and Zudo — building a bench that scales with us.
• Generate and manage content at scale. Run high-volume content production across multiple properties and across both brands. You'll coordinate briefs, track output, and keep the pipeline moving so we never run short of creative.
• Hold the quality and brand bar. Make sure everything produced is on-brand and fit-for-platform, whether it's a performance ad for Airblack or a short for Zudo. Keep quality high even as volume climbs.
• Close the loop with performance. Work with the marketing team to see what's landing, and feed those signals back to creators and agencies so the next batch of content is sharper than the last.

What makes you a suitable candidate?

• 2–5 years of relevant execution experience — ideally at a creator/influencer platform, a content or creative agency, or an in-house content/creator team.
• Hands‑on creator & agency management — you've briefed, coordinated, and delivered content through creators and agencies, and you know how to keep a lot of moving parts on track.
• Comfortable operating at volume — you've managed content production at scale across multiple brands, formats, or campaigns without letting quality slip.
• Strong operator and communicator — organized, proactive and good at getting the best out of external partners.
• Fluent in internet culture and content formats — you understand what performs on short‑form and why; familiarity with AI content tools is a plus.
• High ownership — you take the outcome personally and move fast.
• Bonus: an existing network of creators and agencies in and around NCR that you can activate from day one.
