Job summary

Airblack, Gurgaon-based in-office role, seeks a Business Analyst for the Founder's Office. You will champion data, build AI-native dashboards, run scale experiments, and own the product roadmap and documentation.

This fast-paced role demands deep analytics, end-to-end ownership, and a readiness to work with high rigor in a high-ownership culture. The position offers Market-level CTC with meaningful ESOPs; you will be integral to Airblack and Zudo’s growth, impacting users across sectors through

Qualifications

• You've spent the last 12 months living inside the AI revolution - building agents, automating workflows, and using these tools daily.
• 2-5 years of experience in analytics or product roles.
• Strong SQL and Python, with fluency querying data from warehouses.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents on any platform to automate data and insight workflows.
• Experience building management dashboards and MIS that drive decisions.
• Exposure to product analytics - marketing automation, MMPs, and revenue growth metrics.
• Nice to have: shipping products and writing PRDs, strong interpersonal skills, direct founder exposure, IITs/NITs background.

Key Highlights

• Location: Gurgaon, in-office
• CTC Range: Market-level CTC + meaningful ESOPs (high ownership)
• Important: Apply only if you are ok with high rigor. This role will average 60 hour workweeks with high skin in the game / ESOP / best in class pay. If you are not comfortable going all in, this may not be the right role for you.

What makes you a suitable candidate?

You've spent the last 12 months living inside the AI revolution - building agents, automating workflows, and using these tools daily, not occasionally. You think in systems and data, and you're energized by a fast, high-rigour environment where you own outcomes end-to-end.

• You identify as AI native. You dont need a dev team to ship the first prototype / design of a feature or a product, or a data team to ship the dashboard
• 2-5 years of experience in analytics or product roles
• Strong SQL and Python, with real fluency querying data from warehouses
• Hands-on experience building AI agents on any platform to automate data and insight workflows
• Experience building management dashboards and MIS that drive decisions
• Exposure to product analytics - marketing automation, MMPs, and the metrics that drive revenue growth
• Nice to have: exposure to shipping products and writing PRDs, strong interpersonal skills and prior experience working directly with founders, and a strong academic background (IITs, NITs).
