Job summary

Petronas Lubricants in India is seeking a Cost & Management Accountant to lead month-end closing, budgeting, costing and MIS for a key plant. The role focuses on CAPEX/OPEX planning, inventory control and cost audits.

You will drive process improvements, automate costing tasks, partner with finance and operations, and supervise junior staff while ensuring accurate financial reporting and working capital efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years experience in manufacturing or process industry
• Thoroughly understanding / experience of SAP CO Module and its integration with FI, MM, SD and Production
• Extensive experience in budgeting & planning and strong analytical skills
• Strong capability to manage accounting and reporting issues
• Strong supervisory and coaching/mentoring skills
• Exposure to multicultural work environments
• Capacity to adapt to a constantly changing environment and to deal effectively with conflicting priorities and deadlines
• Proficient in English
