The role involves ICFR and risk control, fixed asset management, capex governance, and supporting IPO activities, with exposure to ERP systems like SAP/Oracle and advanced Excel.

Qualificações

• Experience with Indian accounting standards and financial reporting.
• Proficient in advanced Excel and MS Office tools.
• Strong communication abilities across departments.
• Adept at quick learning and adapting to processes.

Responsabilidades

• Financial reporting – monthly, quarterly & yearly.
• Preparation and coordination with auditors and all departments for statutory audit.
• Consolidation of financial statements.
• Preparation of annual budget and variance analysis for company and units.
• Preparation of management reports daily, monthly, and as needed.
• Costing and cost analysis of each work order and reporting.
• Preparation of financial models.
• Preparation of CMA data for bank limits.
• Preparation of ICFR and Risk Control Matrix and periodic testing; ensure internal controls across processes.
• Ensure accurate Fixed Asset Register and control on Capital Expenditure.
• Preparation for IPO and assisting CFO in pre & post IPO activities.
• Handle exceptional reports and tasks as required by CFO and Management

Job Responsibilities:
