Job summary

Classic Marble Company (CMC) invites an experienced professional to lead Business Applications & Digital Transformation initiatives in Mumbai. The role focuses on driving customer-facing tech ecosystems, including CRM, loyalty and e-commerce platforms, to elevate customer experience and business outcomes.

You will bridge Business, IT, and external partners, translate requirements into actionable solutions, and oversee deployments, UAT, and adoption across marketing technology platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business Applications, CRM, Digital Transformation, or Application Management.
• End-to-end implementation experience of CRM, Loyalty Management, or E-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer engagement technologies, business processes, and application support.
• Expertise in vendor management, stakeholder collaboration, requirement analysis, testing, and project delivery.
• Knowledge of mobility solutions, cloud technologies, customer portals, and digital ecosystems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize customer-facing applications including CRM, Loyalty Management, Warranty Management, E-commerce, Website, Dashloc, Tango Eye, and other marketing technology platforms.
• Act as the bridge between Business, IT, and external technology partners to ensure seamless application performance and delivery.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional solutions, driving enhancements, integrations, and new implementations.
• Lead UAT, deployment, vendor management, post-implementation support, and user adoption initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process improvement to enhance customer engagement and business performance.
• Drive digital transformation projects from concept to execution, ensuring delivery within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
• Research and implement emerging technologies, creating strategic roadmaps that support business growth and innovation.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager- Business Applications & Digital Transformation individual to drive our customer-facing and marketing technology ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in aligning business objectives with technology, managing critical applications, leading digital transformation initiatives, and enhancing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
