Job summary

UNISON INTERNATIONAL CONSULTING (The Recruitment Company) is seeking a senior digital transformation leader to drive digital products, business systems and technology-led transformation across an operationally intensive business in India.

You will translate business needs into PRDs, own a core technology platform, and lead digital transformation across CRM, ERP, supply chain, e-commerce and finance while building real-time MIS and dashboards for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years across Digital Transformation / Product / ERP / Business Systems / Technology Programs.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Retail, E-commerce, Furniture, Interiors, Supply Chain or similar sectors preferred.
• Strong understanding of technology architecture without needing to be a hands-on coder.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into PRDs, workflows & execution plans.
• Take ownership of an existing technology platform and drive it to completion.
• Lead digital transformation across CRM, sourcing, production, inventory, ERP, finance & e-commerce.
• Build MIS, dashboards & real-time business reporting.
• Lead internal technology teams & external development partners.
• Drive build vs. buy vs. SaaS decisions.
