The Team Lead – BPC will oversee a cluster of beauty advisors, motivate the team, and lead by example in sales and service excellence on the floor.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail sales experience in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, fragrances, and grooming products.
• Prior supervisory or senior sales associate experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Department Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Supervise and motivate a team of beauty advisors, ensuring consistent customer engagement and upselling.
• Provide on-the-floor training and guidance on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Ensure counters and displays are well-merchandised, clean, and stocked at all times.
• Track daily sales performance and share feedback with the Department Manager.
• Support in inventory checks, replenishment, and shrinkage control.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism.
• Actively participate in in-store beauty events and launches.
