Job summary

Broadway in Mumbai seeks a Team Lead – BPC to guide a cluster of beauty advisors, driving daily sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences on the shop floor.

You will train, motivate, and supervise the team, manage product knowledge, merchandising, and events while partnering with the Department Manager to meet targets and maintain premium brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail sales experience in beauty or personal care.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, fragrances, and grooming products.
• Experience in a supervisory or senior sales role preferred.
• Excellent communication with a customer-first attitude.
• Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about beauty trends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Department Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Supervise and motivate a team of beauty advisors and upsell.
• Provide on-the-floor training on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Ensure counters and displays are well-merchandised, clean, and stocked.
• Track daily sales and provide feedback to the Department Manager.
• Support inventory checks, replenishment, and shrinkage control.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Participate in in-store beauty events and product launches.

The Team Lead – BPC will be the go-to person for a cluster of beauty advisors within the department, ensuring smooth daily operations, motivating the team, and leading by example in sales and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Department Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.


• Supervise and motivate a team of beauty advisors, ensuring consistent customer engagement and upselling.


• Provide on-the-floor training and guidance on product knowledge and sales techniques.


• Ensure counters and displays are well-merchandised, clean, and stocked at all times.


• Track daily sales performance and share feedback with the Department Manager.


• Support in inventory checks, replenishment, and shrinkage control.


• Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism.


• Actively participate in in-store beauty events and launches.
