Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail sales experience in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care
• Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup, fragrances, and grooming products
• Prior supervisory or senior sales experience preferred
• Good communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about beauty trends

Responsibilities

• Assist the Department Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Supervise and motivate a team of beauty advisors, ensuring consistent customer engagement and upselling
• Provide on-the-floor training and guidance on product knowledge and sales techniques
• Ensure counters and displays are well-merchandised, clean, and stocked at all times
• Track daily sales performance and share feedback with the Department Manager
• Support in inventory checks, replenishment, and shrinkage control
• Resolve customer queries and complaints with professionalism
• Actively participate in in-store beauty events and launches
