Responsibilities

• Enhance profitability by managing delinquent portfolios.
• Achieve collection efficiencies across products managed.
• Ensure follow-up intensity for delinquent accounts.
• Meet Cost of Collections and monthly PI targets.
• Review location portfolio for potential stress accounts.
• Document collections activities as Collection Trails.
• Adhere to collection processes and risk governance at each location.
• Liaise with legal/law enforcement for speedy recovery.
• Provide feedback on effectiveness of collections strategies.
• Optimize resource use with visits, contacts, PTP conversion, and settlements per approvals.

Job Summary

This position is open with Bajaj finance limited

Responsibilities

• To enable enhanced business profitability through effective management of the delinquent portfolio
• To achieve the desired collection efficiencies across product managed.
• Ensure that adequate collections intensity of follow up is executed for all delinquent accounts.
• Meeting the Target on Cost of Collections. Ensuring meeting PI Targets within specified on monthly basis.
• Continuously review the location portfolio and report early/potential stress accounts.
• Ensure that all collections activities are properly documented in the form of Collection Trails.
• Ensure that all collections processes and Risk governance mandates rolled out are completely adhered to at each location
• Liaison with legal/law enforcement agencies for speedy recovery
• Provide feedback on the effectiveness of collections strategies formulated and implemented.
• Ensure that the resources are optimally used with the number of visits, contacts, PTP conversion ratio etc, settlement process to be in line with approval received. Nil delay in cash TAT and MIS.

Qualifications and Experience
