Experience: 5+ Years in BFSI (Collections Preferred)
CTC: Up to 8 LPA

• Lead and manage Collection Executives (FOS) and Team Leaders to achieve targets.

• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular management updates.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and governance standards.
• Uphold ethical collection practices and superior customer service standards.
