Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Field Engineer to conduct site surveys for ESS/BESS, Telecom, and Solar projects in Pune. You will lead load assessments and feasibility analyses, and assist in installing and commissioning BESS, inverters, PCS, and telecom power backup solutions.

As a hands-on engineer, you will provide on-site and remote technical support, diagnose faults, document reports, and work with sales, design, and service teams to ensure timely project completion while upholding safety and

Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years of experience.
• B.Tech degree required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys for ESS/BESS, Telecom, and Solar projects.
• Execute Installation & Commissioning of BESS, Inverters, PCS, and related systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, alarms, and performance issues.
• Ensure proper documentation including site survey and commissioning reports.
• Coordinate with sales, design, and service for smooth project execution.
• Support customers in AMC/CAMC and after-sales activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality procedures.
• Travel to project sites as per business needs.

• Conduct site surveys for ESS/BESS, Telecom, and Solar projects, including load assessment and feasibility analysis
• Execute Installation & Commissioning (I&C) of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Inverters, PCS, and related systems as well as Telecom power backup solutions
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers and internal teams
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults, alarms, and performance issues
• Ensure proper documentation, including site survey reports, commissioning reports, service reports, and warranty claim details
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, and service) for smooth project execution
• Support customers in AMC/CAMC and after-sales service activities
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality procedures
• Travel to project sites as per business requirements
