Job summary

Grand Hyatt Kochi seeks an Assistant Manager - Bar to support the Bar Manager in delivering exceptional beverage service in line with Hyatt standards. You will help manage daily bar operations, control costs, and ensure guest satisfaction while contributing to the outlet's profitability.

The role requires leadership to develop the bar team, maintain inventory accuracy, and uphold brand and service quality across all beverage offerings. Prior hospitality leadership experience is preferred.

Summary

You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the Bar operations in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The Assistant Manager - Bar is responsible for supporting the Bar Manager in managing the assigned bar as a successful independent profit center, in line with the bar’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards. The role ensures the delivery of exceptional beverage service, maintains high standards of guest satisfaction, oversees daily bar operations, controls costs, manages inventory, and supports the development of the bar team, while operating within budget and contributing to the financial success of the outlet.
