Responsibilities

• Perform data collection, cleaning, processing, and analysis for aviation operations, safety, compliance, and commercial functions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and support business decision-making.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
• Support predictive analytics and statistical analysis initiatives under guidance of senior team members.
• Work with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, commercial) to understand data requirements and deliver insights.

Data Analyst

Job Summary

The Assistant Manager - Data Analytics will support the data analytics function in driving revenue optimization, operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the airline. This role involves hands-on data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights.

The position requires strong analytical and technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights. The role contributes to ongoing analytics initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Experience

3. Hands-on experience in creating dashboards.
4. Understanding of ETL processes, working with structured/unstructured data and data transformation.
5. Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
6. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
7. Good communication skills, with the ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Exposure to cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
9. Initial experience with predictive analytics or machine learning techniques.

Good to Have

1. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
2. Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, and data mining techniques.
3. Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) and CRM tools.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor s or Master s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
